OVERVIEW
The
estimated delivery time depends on your country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Because of the varied nature of our products, we don't offer flat shipping rates. For more detailed shipping prices, refer to the description on the product page of each product. All shipping prices include VAT.

Deliveries within the European Union:
3 to 10 working days from the date of shipment

Worldwide delivery:
9 to 21 working days from the date of shipment

International Shipping Policies
If you order products from our website for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from us, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address; we are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or misdelivered.

Inspection
You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order and ensure that the products are in "as expected" condition. In the event they are not in "as expected" condition, please contact us at support@plantbasedgallery.com as soon as possible, with all necessary information (order number, contact details and description of the issue, and photographic proof).

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for an exchange with a new, similar product or refund.

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.

RETURNS

We accept returns on most undamaged, unused items in their original packaging. Contact us at support@plantbasedgallery.com within 14 days of receipt to process your return.

We do not accept returns of items that are made to order.
